Y.E.T. is a workforce development & capacity building program, providing participants. Fun, Goal Oriented Interactive Workshops, Trainings, Community Service Projects, Activities & More!

Requirements:

  • 01Youth(s) ladies 13yr – 24 yr.
  • 02Attend 6-8 Week Program (2hours a week obligation)
  • 03Bring a positive mindset.
  • 04Be respectful of differences of opinion.
  • 05Commit to learning and actively participating throughout the program.
  • 06Enjoy making a difference in your life and the life of others.

Participants Will:

  • Apply essentials of work ethics, critical thinking, and financial literacy skills.
  • Build confidence, communication, conflict resolution, and advocacy abilities.
  • Identify career pathways, research scholarship opportunities, mentorship & volunteer opportunities.
  • Successful participants receive a certificate and stipend to begin a banking relation with a financial
    institution.
  • Understand key work readiness essentials to include (build resumes, dress for success, and interview
    skills).
